Looking for IT Helpdesk Technicians with experience in providing technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, configuring VPNs and firewalls, and documenting support requests. Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools is required. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential. Candidate is expected to travel as needed. Work from home option available.
Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field of study.
As an alternative to formal education, equivalent IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) with 36 months of relevant experience are acceptable.

Salary $60,800/Year (Associate’s degree or equivalent)
Salary $78,500/Year (Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience)
